For all standard orders, shipping is $6.00 and will usually arrive within 2 - 8 business days. Orders over $50.00 ship free and will arrive within 2 - 10 business days. We ship by USPS Priority Mail Only, unless you prefer Overnight Shipment which is USPS Express at $14.95. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States. If an order is received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday. If you place an order on a Federal Holiday, it will processed on the next business day. Currently we ship to the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and any U. S. Territories will be handled on a case by case basis by our Sales Department.

Damages or Lost Merchandise during shipment is the delivery companies responsibility. Claims must be quickly filed with the carrier. Although it is the addressee's responsibility to initiate damage claims against the carrier, our sales department will be happy to assist you.

ALL PURCHSES ARE SUBJECT TO AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

CANCELLATION
Due to our high level of efficiency at processing, fulfilling and shipping all orders, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.
